Adult Open Gym is specifically for athletes 16 years and older. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or an ex-gymnast, as long as you want to spend some time in the gym. As many of our adult gymnasts will tell you, you're never too old to start (or re-start) gymnastics! In this all-around class designed for men and women gymnasts from beginner to advanced, we work on all the men's and women's Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor for women and Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, & Floor for men. We also provide stretching and conditioning time so you can get stronger and more flexible under the watchful eyes of our great coaches. We know it's sometimes hard for our adult athletes to attend all classes in a month due to other work and family obligations. That's why our Adult Open Gym class is a pay-as-you-go type class. Pay only when you attend. No long-term commitment required. Please note that a current waiver is required for all participants in the Adult Open Gym class. Students under the age of 18 will need to have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian. This class is an open gym format, so you can work on the things you want, when you want.
FAQ's Do I have to wait for the next month to start before I enroll? No. The Adult Open Gym has a per class payment schedule, so you can start at any time. When is payment due? Payment is due each time you attend class. There is no monthly fee requirement to sign up for an extended period. What should the students wear? We recommend our adults wear clothes that they're comfortable working out in. Just make sure it's loose enough to move around in, but snug enough that it won't get in the way. Is there anything else I should know? Just that you're going to have a great time, so come on in!
